Auxico Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

MONTREAL, Feb. 02, 2018 — Auxico Resources Canada Inc. (CSE:AUAG) would like to inform shareholders of the following changes to its board of directors. Robin Conners resigned as a director, effective immediately, for personal reasons. Robin was part of the team that took Auxico onto the Canadian Securities Exchange last fall. The board and management of Auxico would like to thank Robin for his contributions over the past year and wish him the very best in his future endeavours.
At the same time, Auxico is pleased to announce the appointment of Salvador Brouwer to the board of directors. Salvador holds a bachelor degree in science (geology) from the University of Waterloo. He worked for Falconbridge for 30 years in Canada and the Dominican Republic. From 1996 to 1999, he was exploration manager for Latin America.
