CHULA VISTA, CA – 06-02-2018 (Press Release Jet) — Chula Vista welcomes a fitting addition to its ever-expanding township on June 3, 2018, a botanical shop called Bumble Bee Botanicals.

The company has an extended inventory of plant-based products for varied household purposes, but Bumble Bee Botanicals is most widely known for a plant called Kratom. Kratom, or mitragyna speciosa, is a plant from Southeast Asia that made its way to the United States roughly a decade ago.In its homeland, Kratom has been used as traditional medicine for over 200 years. In America, the leaves are used to replace synthetic and often harmful ingredients in homemade soaps and aromatherapy materials. For now, Bumble Bee’s payment policy is cash only, a common practice for botanical shops that are expanding into a certain area. There is an ATM on location.

“We are so pleased to be opening our doors this Sunday (June 3rd, 2018) and to serve the local community. We believe there is a huge demand for botanical products in the San Diego area that is not currently being met. We look forward to meeting and serving our new neighbors,” said Andrew Bumble, owner and operator of Bumble Bee Botanicals.

Chula Vista—Spanish for ‘beautiful view’—is a coastal California town that is a few miles from the San Diego bay and the Pacific Ocean. Waterfront positioning and cultural variation make Chula Vista ideal for an anytime shopping experience. According to their official site (bumblebeesd.com), Bumble Bee Botanicals will be open June 3, 2018 at the following location.

851 Bowsprit Rd
Chula Vista, CA 91914

Brad grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. He studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married his wife one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
