LAS VEGAS, NV – 05-31-2018 (Press Release Jet) — ChainXChange, the largest global exhibition of blockchain technology, will take place in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, August 13th to the 15th, 2018. The focus of the expo will be to help raise the level of understanding and awareness of the complex topic of blockchain, with diverse learning opportunities for everyone, not just experts. Attendees will achieve complete immersion through breakout sessions providing educational talks, technology demonstrations, and interaction with blockchain experts, developers, peers, and educators.

This will be a truly experiential event, featuring well-known speakers from the worlds of tech, business and pop-culture, paired with live performances by Billboard-chart-topping contemporary musical artists. Education tracks and special sessions will highlight and empower attendees on technologies in the ‘7 Worlds of Blockchain,’ including the Internet of Foods, sports and entertainment, non-profit and non-governmental organizations, fintech, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and logistics and healthcare.

“IBM has focused an incredible amount of resources on research and development for Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technologies,” said Neil Sahota (???), IBM Master Inventor and World Wide Business Development Leader in the IBM Watson Group. “They’re not the future anymore… they’re the present… and they’re already impacting our lives. I’m excited about the ChainXChange conference as it will not just cater to experts in these fields but help educate the mainstream public on how it can benefit them, and even humanity.”

‘Everyone on the Block,’ ChainXChange’s tagline, expresses the organizer’s goal of making the understanding of Blockchain and its economic and social value more accessible to those unfamiliar with the meaning and full potential of the digital ledger technology. The event will feature more than 300 breakout sessions, five keynote presentations, and live after party entertainment each night.

“We’re empowering people to understand, use, and prosper from Blockchain. It’s new and seems like a different language, but people shouldn’t be afraid. The Expo will open minds and overcome many misconceptions about what Blockchain is and how it’s shaping the future of finance and many other industries,” said Albert Rosario, organizer of ChainXChange.

Any new technology, particularly one as paradigm-shifting as the blockchain, raises concerns regarding credibility and security, especially as consumers watch the aspects that are of a more speculative nature; however, many technologists predict that the underlying value and connective potential of the blockchain will fundamentally change how society works for the better. The global empowerment and connectivity expo will prepare new market players and seasoned professionals to identify opportunities that are real and safe.

Brad Bennett

Brad grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. He studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married his wife one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
