(“A-EN”), a company organized under the laws of the Republic of China and a leading global enterprise software company focused on delivering leading web content management and unstructured data management products and solutions to mid and large-scale enterprises. 
The company intends to update shareholders and the investment community on details of this strategic merger plans in the near future.
