Dr. Hayes is a dynamic, results-driven leader who has demonstrated success not only as the youngest PhD graduate from Delaware State University, but Dr. Hayes has also demonstrated success as a research chemist, author, inventor, TEDx Speaker and STEM/ STEAM educator. Dr. Hayes impressively graduated high school at the age of 15 and college at the age of 18.
