SUNNYVALE, Calif., February 6, 2018 – Manu Changotra, REALTOR®, Maxreal, has joined The Expert Network©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Changotra has been chosen as a Distinguished Real Estate Professionalâ„¢ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout her career.

Ranked in the top 3% of Realtors nationally, Changotra brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, the real estate market of California’s Silicon Valley. She currently works with Maxreal where she was named a top producer in 2015 and 2017 and their Agent of the Year in 2016.

Changotra outshines others in her field due to her educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and outstanding client service. She earned her M.B.A. from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai in 1996 and later moved to the United States, where she had a successful career in advertising and sales for a decade, as well as a burgeoning baking business. When asked why she decided to transition to a career in real estate, Changotra said:

In a highly competitive Silicon Valley real estate market where most of my clients are from the technology world, I like to go above and beyond and to give them the best service and get them a fighting chance to get their dream home.

REALTOR®, Maxreal

“I thrive under pressure, working to make deadlines. I love interfacing with clients, and when my daughter started kindergarten I met a dad in her class who was a prominent Realtor. He suggested I shadow him, just to see what it was like, and I absolutely loved it. My first year, I did six or seven transactions—in Silicon Valley, most Realtors in their first year only do one.â€

A longtime resident of the area, Changotra excels at helping her clients find homes that meet their individual needs; from a good school district to a southern exposure, her determination not just to find a home for her clients, but to find the right home from her clients, sets her apart from her competition. For her around-the-clock communication and her genuine desire to help people, Changotra has been rewarded with a loyal following and many referrals, as well as nearly perfect ratings on Trulia, Zillow, and Yelp.

As a thought-leader in her field, Changotra pays careful attention to trends and changes in the Silicon Valley real estate market. She notes that quality client service is always the highest priority:

“In a highly competitive Silicon Valley real estate market where most of my clients are from the technology world, I like to go above and beyond and to give them the best service and get them a fighting chance to get their dream home.

When she isn’t working, Changotra is still an avid baker and enjoys spending time with her two children. She is a firm believer in participating in and giving back to her community, including local schools, fundraising events, community building events and non-profit organizations like VIBHA.

Brad grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. He studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married his wife one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
