Message from Bilia’s Nominating Committee – proposal for a decision of the Board

The nominating committee proposes re-election of the following persons:Gunnar Blomkvist, Anna Engebretsen, Jack Forsgren, Laila Freivalds, Mats Holgerson, Ingrid Jonasson Blank, Jan Pettersson, Mats Qviberg and Jon Risfelt.New election of Nicklas Paulson is proposed. Nicklas Paulson has been appointed Managing Director of Investment AB Öresund, starting this spring. Nicklas Paulson has more than 20 years of experience from Investment Banking/Corporate Finance and most recently from Carnegie Investment Bank AB. Nicklas Paulson holds a Master’s degree in business administration and economics from Stockholm University.
