February 07, 2018 – Kelli will oversee Professional Services and Technical Support functions and lead Unifyedâ€™s North America customer success team in driving customer satisfaction and enabling Unifyed customers to optimize their investments in Unifyed.

Kelli is a seasoned leader in development and management of student success teams. She joins Unifyed from Massasoit Community College, where she served as the Director of Client Services and Academic Computing and oversaw the institutionâ€™s academic growth, professional services, learning and development programs for 6.5 years. Before that, she was an Adjunct Professor at Eastern Nazarene College and contributed to the institutionâ€™s overall growth by introducing new business ethics and IT management tactics. Kelli utilized various methods with a variety of instructional strategies designed exclusively to assist students.
