STUDIO CITY, CA – 12-18-2018 (PRDistribution.com) — Zoho has selected iQuoteXpress (IQX) as a preferred extension for its award-winning, web-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
IQX is a configure, price, quote (CPQ) solution which will enable Zoho CRM users to create, deliver, track, and optimize sales proposals from within their CRM solution.
Available as a single sign-on solution within Zoho, IQX helps ensure Zoho CRM users maximize efficiencies by executing all customer contacts and interactions — from initial prospecting efforts to signed sales quotes — on the same platform.
IQX will enable Zoho users to create custom sales proposal templates, optimize product and pricing configurations (via a centralized repository), and track sales quotes from creation to delivery to signature to archival. By automating the sales proposal process, IQX reduces manual labor and can improve both sales quote accuracy and throughput.
“We couldn’t be more excited to officially be part of the Zoho ecosystem,” says IQX General Manager, Martin Spritzer. “With the single sign-on solution we have developed for Zoho, we’re confident that [Zoho] users will find IQX easy to access and even easier to use.”
Zoho stores unlimited customer contacts, and enables sales representatives to merge and manage all customer interactions in a single record: email exchanges, social media engagements, phone calls, online chats, campaign responses, and more.
“As any CRM user knows, Zoho does just about everything you need to manage your customer relationships, and if it’s not built-in to the CRM it’s available in the Zoho Marketplace, where you can now find IQX,” said Spritzer.
“A missing piece for Zoho — and most every CRM, for that matter — is in the sales proposal process, which is perhaps the most important part of every customer relationship. And while Zoho does have tools for sales quotes, it’s not a native strength of the platform, and that’s ok: because IQX provides that strength and then some,” said Spritzer. “Most organizations require heavy customization in quotes, and IQX provides that through a library of templates users can adapt to their own needs and brands. Another strength of IQX is in product and pricing configuration. IQX, with its drag and drop configuration engine, enables fast and easy addition of targeted pricing and products to each sales quote.
“In the end, we believe Zoho elevated IQX as we offer a level of support other CPQ providers don’t. For example, custom templates and product and pricing configurations? Most providers leave customers to figure that out on their own, but we take pride in supporting our customers through those steps and more,” said Spritzer. “We look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership as more Zoho users add sales proposal automation to their CRM, and as we introduce our customers to Zoho.”
IQX is available through the Zoho CRM Marketplace, or by contacting IQX at +1 818-765-3149 or [email protected] For more information on the IQX/Zoho CRM/CPQ integration, visit https://www.iquotexpress.com/cpq-add-on-zoho-crm.
